Outside of the box.

I apologize to my colleagues about my absence from the blog.

I’d like to start off by saying one thing. ANYONE WHO DRESSES A CERTAIN WAY AND DISPLAYS CONFIDENCE, YOU’RE A BEAST AND I GIVE PROPS TO YOU!

Why did I say that? Because yesterday for my friend Monica’s bday (if you haven’t said happy birthday to her, tell her!), my friends and I officially kicked off our Hawaiian shirt tradition! The majority of us wore floral clothing, some wore something comfortable, and some killed the game. I wore a new Hawaiian shirt given to me by my father Roger(my dad who you can see walking my dog penny on Gonzales Rd.), some blue chino pants from Old Navy and some white AF1s.

During brunch, I was imitating the author of Glimpse life and my friend Kyle. He’s been stepping outside of his comfort box of fashion and dressing differently but killing it. There is a lot of people who have been rolling up their pants and I never really thought I’d ever do it because of how conservative I am. Guess what? My friends hyped me up and stepped out of my comfort zone and mixed it up. I tucked in my shirt and rolled up my pants. I’m not gonna lie but I was self conscious about how I’d look. Once more time went by and my friends continued to compliment, I went with the flow.

Hands down to everyone who continues to stand out and dress a certain way, whatever that way may be. Strut your stuff and display all of the confidence! Never how something so different can make you feel that much different!

Thank you all!

Much love!

I’d first like to wish Monica a happy birthday again! Even though it was yesterday!

This Blog is dedicated to our beautiful Angel Fereshteh aka Fresh. Not a day goes by where your family and friends don’t have you on their minds. We miss you and love you!
