Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been a fan of nachos.
Come on, who doesn’t like chips with cheese???
I don’t know what it is about such a simple concept that is so appealing.
Moving to more recent times, a lot of restaurants have been putting their twists on nachos, whether it be with chips, wonton wrappers or fries.
Let’s start with some Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas (3 pictures). They put their twist on your normal nachos.
Thai style Chicken Nachos (pictured below).
Lobster & Crab Nachos (below)
Filet Mignon Nachos (below)
Now we venture to Dave & Busters. It looks like a hot mess, but pretty good. Buffalo Chicken Nachos (below). Has both the Buffalo Chicken and chorizo for the added heat.
The last stop we make is at Yard House for the Frachos (pictured below)… French fries as the base with all the nacho toppings. Can’t go wrong there.
